Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). Your mission during this flight:

• You will lead and manage a team of configuration managers to ensure that all products and systems are configured accurately and efficiently
• You will provide a solid understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and practices
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to properly plan, test, and implement all configuration changes
• You will be responsible for aligning all configuration management activities with organizational goals and objectives
• You will develop and implement configuration management policies and procedures
• You will lead configuration control boards
• You will provide technical guidance, disciplinary responsibility, and support to engineering departments

Check in your professional skills:

• MSc, PhD or equivalent degree in engineering (enter field) or similar work experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in configuration management
• Practical experience with managing multiple projects
• Experience directly leading teams and individuals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills along with a strong technical background in configuration management
