Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable, on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we carried out the first-ever piloted flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 1,500 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com). 

Your crew during this flight:

We are a growing team working on the next generation prototypes. We want to do something extraordinary by creating real impact. It is our motivation to strive for excellence to bring air mobility to life. You’ll be a part of our R&D site in Munich.

Your mission during this flight:

• You will build our prototypes hands on using drawings and early phase definitions
• You will do work- and material preparation for Prototyping team as connection to procurement and logistics
• You will do Material planning (BOM) and check/ proper transfer of Material into product
• You will define tools and equipment needed for prototype area
• You will prepare workplaces and check for serviceability of tools and measuring devices
• You will support as Flight Test Technician and Aircraft owner assuring safe operation of the Aircraft 

Check in your professional skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Aviation Industry
• 3+ years of experience in EASA 145/21J/ 21G
• Previous experience as an aircraft technician for prototyping/ assembly/ test and maintenance
• Knowledge in Logistics and stock management
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP)
• Driver license (B)
