Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring sustainable urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Your mission during this flight:

Be the main person to drive our IGA and SSE environment:

• IAM/IGA – continuously support, maintain and improve our IAM and IGA Suit so that automation for joiners, movers, leavers and the regulatory necessity for re-certification within aviation and finance can take place
• SSE - Secure Service Edge – continuously support, maintain and improve our SSE posture so that client browsing is secured and people don’t leak data

Additionally handle and be proficient in:

• Incident response (Threat Actors / Malware and or Data leaks)
• Helping and guiding other teams in building secure and resilient systems
• Helping and guiding other teams around Vulnerability Management
• Engineering and Hardening of our Cloud Environments and Systems
• Helping in building out our ISMS to be sure our People, Processes, and Technology work together that we adhere to ISO27001, EASA Part-IS, NIS2 UmsuCG

Check in your professional skills:

• 8+ Years experience in IT (Fundamentals matter most)
• University Degree in Cybersecurity or related field (BSc/MSc)
• Deep knowledge in: Windows, Linux, Cryptography, IAM, SSO, SCIM, Powershell, Patch management, Risk management, SSE - Secure Service Edge, IGA - Identity Governance Administration, MS Sentinel - SIEM, Microsoft 365, NextGen AV
• Forward thinking and strong communication skills
• Business fluent in English, German is a plus
• Open for feedback & ability to learn fast
• Strong problem solving skills, thinking outside the box
• Independent way of working
